Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
  • Items must not be damaged through customer misuse

Please note: Custom orders and personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Time Limits & Process

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.

Shipping Your Return

Once your return request is approved, you must ship the item(s) back within 7 days. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.

  • Credit/debit card refunds: 5–10 business days
  • PayPal refunds: 3–5 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds: 7–14 business days

Important: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or a fulfillment error on our part.
